"My skin was not having it"
I really wanted to like this stuff, but nope, my face got red and itchy quickly after using it. Maybe my skin is just dramatic, but this little "miracle cream" and I clearly aren’t a match. I had to stop using it. Shipping was fine though, no complaints there.

"Delivery was fine, but slower than expected"
I ordered from luminancemilano and my package did arrive in good condition, but the delivery took longer than I expected. The tracking was there, but it wasn’t very detailed, so I kept checking it and didn’t really feel like I had much of an update. It also kind of felt like the delay wasn’t treated as a big deal, which was frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do wish the shipping had been quicker and the communication felt a bit more helpful. 3 stars from me.

"I’ve been happy with this..."
I’ve been happy with this light so far. It’s brighter than I thought it would be, and I usually keep it on the medium setting because high is a little too intense for my room.
Changing the settings is simple, and I like that it remembers the last one I used. I do wish it had one softer setting for nighttime, but it hasn’t been a big enough issue to deal with customer service, which I usually try to avoid unless I absolutely have to. Overall, it’s a good light.

"Nice photos, but not sure it was worth the price"
I ordered from luminancemilano because the photos really caught my eye, and to be fair, the item looked okay when it arrived. Shipping was fine too, so no complaints there. But personally, I expected a bit more for what I paid. The quality feels cheaper than I hoped, and I think I could find something similar for less somewhere else. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for me, the value just wasn’t really there, so I probably wouldn’t order again

"Nice photos, but the design felt busy"
The site does have some really pictures, but my first impression was that the overall design felt a little crowded. Maybe it stands out more because I’ve been on a few really polished, modern-looking sites recently, but the fonts and colors here didn’t always feel like they matched. I was expecting something a bit more clean and classy.

It looks okay at first, but once you actually hold it, you can kind of tell where they cut corners. It works, but I probably wouldn’t expect it to last forever.

I got my tracking link the next day, and it updated like it was supposed to (always nice when that actually works). The package showed up right when it said it would, so there wasn’t any stress or guessing involved. Overall, I’m happy with the whole order.

My order showed up packed so well I was shocked. The box looked super neat, and everything inside was completely safe with zero damage. I was fully prepared for at least one little dent, but nope — it arrived looking perfect. Way better than I expected!

I was able to find what I needed easily, so that part was fine. The checkout process was slower than I expected though, which made the overall experience a bit frustrating. Hopefully they’ll make it right somehow, because the delay definitely took away from an otherwise decent visit

"Looks nice, but wears a bit sooner than expected"
The material feels decent and it does look good, so I was happy with it at first. After a few weeks, though, I started noticing some small signs of wear. It’s not terrible or anything, and I wouldn’t call it a bad buy, but for the look and feel, I expected it to hold up a little better.

"Warranty worked, but took too much back and forth"
I ended up having to use the warranty because there was an issue with my item. To be fair, they did respond and it did eventually get sorted out, so I can’t say it was a total mess. But it took way more emails than I expected, and the replies were slow, then slow again, then I’d have to follow up again. It just felt like a lot of back and forth for something that should’ve been simpler. Not terrible, but definitely not smooth either. 3 stars seems about right

"Decent service, just kinda slow"
Customer service was alright, nothing terrible or anything... just not the fastest. I sent them a question and ended up waiting longer than I thought I would. They did get back to me eventually and they were polite, so that was fine, I just wish the replies came a bit quicker

"Looks nice, but a bit clunky"
Using luminancemilano was okay. Not bad. Not amazing either. The site looks nice, and I found the main things easily. But some pages felt slow. A little frustrating. I also had to click around more than I expected just to see details. Nothing terrible. Just kind of average. It works, but it could be simpler.

"Payment info could be clearer"
I ordered from luminancemilano.com and the payment itself went through fine, so no real drama there. The site worked ok, but I did kinda wish the final total was more clear before I hit checkout.
The billing details showed up after, but a few fees/taxes felt like they werent super obvious at first. Not the worst experience or anything, just something they could make more upfront. I'd say 3 stars.

"Great battery life, thankful it gets me through the day"
I’m really happy with how long the battery lasts, it easily gets me through the whole day, which I definitely appreciate. Charging is a little on the slower side, but overall I’m grateful I don’t have to worry about it dying on me.
